Mikel Simpson – Co Founder/Head Coach
Mikel Simpson is the husband of Co-Founder Tasha Simpson and the eldest of three siblings. They have 2 children (twins), Mikell & Zamearea Simpson. Mikel is currently studying Web Design and Network Security at Wake Technical Community College. He has over 5 years of coaching experience and over 14 years of ministering and teaching to the youth (ages 5 to 18 years old).
Mikel has always had a passion for working with and developing children. When not serving in youth ministry, coaching athletes in basketball and or track, Mikel also volunteers with various non-profit organizations. He works full time in the Insurance Industry as a Commercial Lines Underwriter, however, during his spare time Mikel enjoys spending time with his family, working on cars, coaching basketball, and rooting for the Miami Hurricanes….Go CANES! 🙂
